Returns/Refunds

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us.

In case of missing package

If you chose tracked mail we may be able to claim insurance and resend your packing immediately. If you chose untrack mail we would not be able to help.

In case of receiving wrong package

Please fill in the details from the contact us form and we will surely look into it. Please make sure to send us a video of you unboxing the parcel so we can serve you better.
